Mars Attacks!

Here’s a first look at my submission for the Printed In Blood Mars Attacks! art book! 

I’ve been a fan of Mars Attacks! since I was a kid—the cards, comics, movie, and figures were a huge part of my world. Last summer, I had the insane honor of sharing cover duties with the legendary Rafael Gallur, one of the artists Topps brought in to revive the series. Seeing my work alongside his? Total geek-out moment! 

So when the call for submissions came up for this Mars Attacks! art book, you know I had to jump in. I went through the iconic 90s set, found a card that hit just right, and put my own spin on it. Now, we wait and hope this homage makes the final cut! 

From childhood nostalgia to creating official Mars Attacks! art, this journey has come full circle.
