Man oh man, it’s been a long time, over a year! Sorry for the lack of updates everyone. I’ve been super busy with work for Pro Wrestling Tees, AEW (All Elite Wrestling), and Guerrilla Publishing. To bring you guys up to speed…Tales from the Cryptic Closet 3D is now available in stores in Chicago and Northwest Indiana and at any cons and in store appearances I have been doing. What special about this one is that it features a brand new Deathbag story and is in traditional 3D, that’s right you get the red and blue glasses with the book. Also, a new Deathbag issue is in the works, taking longer than usual, but its getting there. The book is 100% percent written and like 25% drawn. This issue will feature art from Ashley Esper (Ralphs), and a story written by 3YMM (Motor City Mo). A Kickstarter will be launch soon for that. Man, has it been a busy two weeks. Ashley Esper (Ralphs) just sent me the layout for the first two pages of the story we are doing together for Deathbag. All I can say is that you all are in for a treat. She is doing an awesome job on this story so far. Along with DB, I am putting the pages together for “Pro Wrestling Is An Art: A Pro Wrestling Sketchbook” this book will be published by Guerrilla Publishing and will have a kickstarter later this year. Also, last night via instagram, I posted a picture of the script of one of the newest Misadventures of Deathbag stories. “Deathbag VS Load Times” will feature the artwork of Ashely Esper (The Ralphs). As of now there are two completely written stories for the upcoming issue.

Also, yesterday (2-19-21) on my instagram story there a was cryptic message stating “Monday 2-22-21” with Monday, Monday by the Mamas and Papas playing. A key or I should say another highlight of my career will be happening and will make the announcement on Monday as the project will be released on worldwide scale.

Tomorrow at Creative Comics in Griffith,In from 10a-6p CST. I will be selling and celebrating the official comic shop release (Chicagoland and NWI) of Tales from the Cryptic Closet #2. I will have copies of this book along with copies of issue 1, Cryptic Creeper Plush, and stickers available for purchase. Masks are required for the shop and will be allowing only 5 customers in at a time.

Hope you all are doing well. I know its been a crazy year and things have been all over the place. With that I am doing this update to catch you all up with what has been going on. I just closed my etsy shop and made the patreon page free.
Tales from the Cryptic Closet 2 was a very successful kickstarter and all rewards have been shipped out (for all those who completed their surveys). Guerrilla Publishing is slowly getting these in stores in the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland areas. If you are outside of these areas and would like Guerrilla Publishing titles in your local shop, please have them email guerrillapublishinggroup@gmail.com
Wednesday 2-10-21, I will be doing a social distance friendly Tales 2 signing and release at Creative Comics in Griffith,IN from 10a-6p. Mask are required and the shop is limiting how many people come in at a time. Direct sales with me will be credit cards only, sorry no cash.

In other news, I currently working on the next installment of The Misadventures of Deathbag. This next chapter will include the artwork of Ashley Esper and a story written by Michigan’s Three Y’s Men. Along with Deathbag, I will be doing another themed related sketchbook. “Pro Wrestling is an Art” will feature concepts sketches, layouts, penciled pages, and other things from all the wrestling related projects I have worked for and on. Guerrilla Publishing will be holding kickstarters for these in the near future.
