Back in May, when I was Wicked Comic Con, I had the pleasure of meeting C3 ( Custom Cut Comics). On his Whatnot store front he collabs or purchases remade sketch covers from artist (he also draws some himself) and cuts out the negative space of the artwork. This allows for the first interior page of the comic show through the cover creating a whole new dynamic effect to it.
